Most creators and business owners look at people with 1M+ audience size...

...and think that’s what they need to grow their business and reach six figures.

But the truth is…

You only need an audience of about 1000 people to hit $100,000+ in your business.

But most creators and business owners completely overlook the huge potential hidden in their tiny audience.

Instead, they spend their time on the content hamster-wheel, thinking if only they can reach that 100,000 followers milestone, they can enjoy the income and lifestyle they want.

Don't be the person that spends all their time creating content only to realize you're living below your potential.

You do not need a large audience to create the business, income, and lifestyle you want.

What you do need is:

  • A clear offer your audience wants
  • Effective customer acquisition strategies
  • A pre-planned marketing calendar

Let’s go over them, one by one, so you can begin to plan and execute your $100,000+ year, even with a tiny audience.

🟣 1) A clear offer your audience wants

First thing’s first: You need a great offer that people truly want to buy.

Notice how I said “want to buy” rather than “need to buy”?

It’s important.

To explain why, let me give you an example:

Let’s say you have a sales page that’s not really working, and you

want to improve it.

To do that:

  • You might need… to learn copywriting...
  • But what you want… are done-for-you, fill-in-the-blanks copywriting templates.

Makes sense, right?

Now, when it comes to offers — you want to have at least 2 offers in your business:

  • The first one will be your flag-ship offer - This is your expensive-ish item, where you solve a big and worthy problem for your prospect.
  • The second one will be a cheaper, entry-point offer - this offer will solve a tiny problem for your prospect.

Its purpose is to make it easier for new people to buy from you, and once they do?

They are statistically 10X times more likely to buy your expensive, flag ship offer.

Pretty cool, huh? Let’s move on.

🟣 2) An effective customer acquisition strategy

Now that you have your offer(s), you want to keep those babies selling 24/7.

And no, putting them on your website will not cut it.

What you need is a clear customer acquisition strategy, meaning:

A well-planned path that leads people through a persuasive process, encouraging them to buy your offer.

There are many ways to do that:

A webinar, a free challenge, an email sequence, ads.

The type of path you choose doesn't matter as much as the messaging in it.

Focus on crafting compelling, persuasive messages that resonate with your audience.

As a rule of thumb, each of your customer acquisition strategies should have the following elements in order to be successful:

  • Value - A way to provide free value before you ask anyone to buy anything.
  • Offer - An offer people want to buy.
  • Objections - Answers to peoples most common objections regarding your offer.
  • Deadline - Some form of scarcity or limitation that will get people to act now, and not wait to buy “later”. Later = Never in marketing.

🟣 3) A pre-planned marketing calendar

Lastly, you need a plan.

The mistake most beginner business owners make is they think sales can just happen by themselves.

But that’s not how marketing works.

Marketing works well when you have a clear plan, which lets you chase your goals without getting overwhelmed or stressing about monthly sales targets

To create an effective marketing calendar you need to:

  1. Set clear income goals: Determine your desired income for the year
  2. List the offers you want to promote and sell this year: Identify the products or services you'll focus on to reach your income goals.
  3. Plan your projected sales and revenue from each of your products: Calculate the cost of each product and determine how many you need to sell to hit your goals.
  4. Plan the customer acquisition strategy for each product: Decide how you're going to sell each product (webinar? email series? etc.)
  5. Plan your promo calendar using a Gantt chart: Schedule your promotional activities in a Gantt chart to visualize your plan and keep track of your progress.
