Here’s how to make any goal a reality

Ever feel like your biggest business goals keep getting shoved to the back burner?

Like you're lost in the chaos of daily "busy work" and never-ending to-do lists?

Trust me, you're not alone.

Making steady progress on the projects that matter to you can feel impossible when life gets crazy (which is every day, basically).

But the good news is…

by the end of this newsletter — you'll have a simple strategy to chip away at your big goals and turn your dreams into reality, one day at a time.

Let's get into it.

Why is it so hard to make your goals happen?

We've all been there:

You have this incredible vision for your business. You can almost taste the success:

  • Launching your business and reaching six-figures…
  • Creating your first or next course…
  • Writing that book…

I know that feeling all too well. It's electrifying.

But then… life gets in the way.

You get swamped with client work, endless emails, and putting out fires.

Before you know it — another month has flown by, and those big goals are still just dreams.

Frustrating, isn’t it? This cycle of dreaming big but getting sidetracked.

So here’s something to think about:

Not taking action on your goals is a choice you’re making.

And like any choice you make in life — once you make it, you need to live with the consequences.

Because dreams don't become reality through wishful thinking.

The key is consistent, imperfect action.

Embracing the power of 1% progress every single day.

So ask yourself:

Are you willing to wake up a year, five years, or ten years from now, and realize you’re still living the same life as you are now?

That your big goals are still just distant dreams?

If you’re ready to commit to your dreams, here’s how.

It's called time blocking, and it’s a simple yet powerful technique to help you make consistent progress on your big goals.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Choose your priority project

Focus is key.

Instead of trying to juggle multiple projects at once (and making progress on none of them) — choose just ONE top priority.

THE project that will make the biggest impact on your business and life.

Once that one is finished, you can move on to the next priority.

Trying to make everything important at once is a recipe for overwhelm and stagnation.

Step 2: Gain clarity on what it takes

To make consistent progress, you need a clear roadmap.

So take 30 minutes, and break down your project into all the steps and tasks required to bring it to life.

This clarity will help you stay focused and avoid procrastination.

For example:

If your project is creating a course, your tasks might include:

  • Researching your course topic and identifying the problem you're solving

  • Deciding on your unique solution and angle
  • Outlining the steps of your solution
  • Fleshing out the execution details for each step
  • etc.

Step 3: Schedule your non-negotiable focus-hour

Look at your calendar and find a daily hour that you can dedicate solely to your project.

A time when you can focus without interruptions.

Trust me. I’ve worked with clients who have big families, and even bigger companies and responsibilities.

And even in their, most busiest of schedules — we could find pockets of wasted time spent on unimportant things.

Reclaim that time for your bigger goals.

Block off that hour in your calendar as a non-negotiable appointment with your dreams.

Step 4: Show up for your project every single day

When your power hour arrives each day, honor that commitment to yourself and your goals.

Turn off your phone notifications, close your door, and give that hour your undivided attention.

This is your sacred time to chip away at your project, one focused step at a time.

Remember, it's about consistency and dedication, not perfection.

To summarize:

Any dream or goal you have can be made possible if you embrace the power of 1% progress every single day.

One distraction-free hour a day might not seem like much...

but it's incredible what you can achieve when you focus your energy and attention fully on your goal. That's where the magic happens.

Here’s how you do it:

  • Step 1: Define your goal or project you want to complete
  • Step 2: List out the steps you need to take to make it happen
  • Step 3: Block 1-2 daily hours in your schedule to have focus, uninterrupted work focusing only on this project
  • Step 4: Show up to your “project appointment” every day, no questions asked.

Do this every day and your dream or goal will happen sooner than you thought.

See you next week,
