You know –
Being a pretty ambitious girl, and having a lot on my plate on any given time,
STRESS has become an inseparable part of my life…
Leaving me anxious, cranky, and totally drained out of energy:
Sleepless nights, lack of motivation, and even difficulty to focus on simply tasks…
Those are just some of the things that i have to handle
if i don’t take the time to take care of myself…
…and put the stress in my life under control.
Luckily –
over the years I’ve come up with a few simple solutions,
that help me to claim back my sanity.
So, I can now still be ambitious – Work long hours and chase my dreams…
without having to sacrifice my health, my happiness, or my relationship.
