Ever dreamed of growing your income without working more? Perhaps you did, but never thought it was actually possible. Well, it is. Let me show you how.
I see this happening over and over with every client I work with:
Clients want business growth and bigger earnings, but hit a wall. 🧱
Typically, they either:
- Max out their work hours - They're out of time to serve more customers.
- Work themselves to burnout - Work takes over, passion fades, and recovery sends them back to square one.
Soon, their business becomes a prison, not a freedom tool.
And my question is:
Is having a business that's costing you...
☠️ your life,
☠️ your health,
☠️ and your well-being
...really any better than staying an employee?
To grow your business without more work, burnout, or sacrificing your life — You must brake the chain between your work hours and your income.
Once you understand how to turn your business from “your baby” —
into a tool, a machine that creates value for your customers and generating wealth for yourself...
...you’ll be able to:
✅ Claim back your time,
✅ Massively grow your income
✅ And restore your joy, health and well being.
To help you do that...
...here's a sneak peek into my business scaling framework that will help you work less and earn more 👀
Let's dive in, step by step:
✨ Step 1: Compound Marketing
Marketing is one of the most time consuming aspects of your business.
But what most people don’t realize is they can compound their marketing efforts:
Essentially grow the amount of people who get exposed to them each month, exponentially.
The trick?
Begin creating evergreen marketing materials that will remain online forever and continue to drive traffic to your offers over time:
- YouTube videos,
- podcast episodes,
- blog posts,
- re-published social media posts
You can create them once, and once you hit publish — they stay up, guiding potential customers back to your offers.
✨ Step 2: Systemize your business using SOPs
Short for “Standard Operating Procedures”,
SOPs document and standardize your tasks.
In other words,
it means documenting the actions you take to achieve a specific result, creating a repeatable process that you can do again and again.
For example:
Do you know how many steps it takes to build an entire sales funnel from start to finish?
I do. Exactly 27 steps.
And I have them all documented in a clear, duplicatable document.
And once I’ve documented them?
I can easily delegate them on to a VA or an assistant that will do it for me, while I rest or build the next areas of my business.
The person I delegate it to doesn’t need to be a marketing genius either, or have any of my past experience.
All they need to do is follow the process I designed, and get the exact high-quality result, every time.
✨ Step 3: Automate your workflows using AI and no-code tools
Automation can take over certain aspects of your business, freeing up your time.
And there are so many ways you can use it.
For example:
- What if you replaced your sales calls with sales funnels?
Your funnel can easily take a potential client from interest to purchase without your active involvement, saving you hours of zoom meetings. - What if you replaced customer email support with an AI customer service bot?
It can easily handle basic inquiries like login issues or link requests, and with time remove your need for customer support altogether.
These were just a couple of basic examples of how automation can transform your business.
You won’t believe how deep this rabbit hole goes 🐇
✨ Step 4: Delegate your work to a team
Delegation is all about hiring a capable team to assist you.
Not only will you be able to accomplish more — but the quality of output can also increase as you're hiring experts in their respective fields.
For example,
If you’re still doing your own book-keeping, STOP.
Hire a professional accountant, so you can free up 2-4 hours a month to grow your business even more.
P.S.
At this point many of my client begin complaining how difficult hiring and training a team can be.
I simply send them back to:
- Step #2 (creating SOPs)
- Step #3 (using automations)
…and they realize it’s the best and easiest investment they’ll ever make 😉
✨ Step 5: Productization
Productization is when you translate the value you bring to a client by selling your time — into a sellable product they can consume and gain value from without you.
For instance:
Let’s say you’re a confidence coach for business owners.
Instead of offering one-on-one sessions —
what if you packaged your knowledge into an 8 module course your clients can consume on their own time?
This way:
✅ You’re no longer trading time for money
✅ You can reach more people without having to be physically present
Productization if one of the pillars of working less + earning more,
and there are about a million ways you can do it.
The key here is to get creative in how you translate your value into digital assets that do your work for you.
It’s a fun and exciting journey once you get on it.
✨ Step 6: Offering high-ticket offers
Selling high-ticket offers means offering packages that cost $5000, $10,000, $25,000 or more to your clients.
This is one of my favorite ways to work less and earn more as it’s such a win-win for all sides:
✅ You — get paid a high amount and can work less
✅ Your clients — get much more value out of you and enjoy better and faster results.
Want an example? Check this out.
Let’s say you are that coach from the previous example:
You help business owners develop confidence in their abilities.
If you wanted to earn $100,000 a year in your business, you could do it in 2 ways:
👎 The old way (working hard) :
Offer $100 sessions, and work 1000 hours a year.
$100 X 1000 = $100,000 a year.
👍The new way (working smart):
Create a high value $3000 package that includes an 8 module digital course and 8 one-hour group coaching calls.
If you’ll launch this offer in a super-clever way I can teach you —
you can close 35 clients at once, and earn $105,000 by only coaching for 8 hours.
$3000 X 35 = $105,000
Pretty cool, huh?
Want a summary? Here’s the TL;DR :
Working more is not the answer to earning more.
To grow your business without more work, burnout, or sacrificing your life — You must disconnect your work hours from your income.
Here are 6 secrets for doing just that:
- Compound Marketing: Craft evergreen marketing materials that continue driving traffic to your offers indefinitely.
- Systems/SOPs: Establish repeatable processes or systems (SOPs) for regular tasks, leading to increased efficiency and time saving.
- Automation: Implement automation tools to take over certain aspects of your business, saving your time for critical tasks.
- Delegation: Assemble a proficient team to share the workload, thus enhancing productivity and quality of output.
- Productization: Convert your services into sellable products to reach a larger audience without trading time for money.
- Ascension: Offer comprehensive packages or premium services to existing clients, adding more value to their experience while increasing your earnings.
As we wrap up this issue, remember:
Your goal is not to do more, but to accomplish more.
Here's to scaling your business smartly and efficiently.
